The need for professionals and volunteers within the nonprofit sector to work together in a more integrated way grows every day. Held on the 4th Monday of every month, the Nonprofit Meet Up is a space for nonprofits to come together, share resources and support each other in the work that we do.
While nonprofit success is measured in more than just dollars, board members must maintain a close eye on the financial direction of the organization and its economic stability if they are to truly fulfill their responsibility. This session will help board members gain a better understanding of their financial stewardship responsibilities and give them a starting point for comprehending key financial data.

We bring the best of the Work of film artists with a connection to Southwestern Ontario in a juried competition for features, shorts, documentaries, short documentaries and short animations. Additionally, FCFF presents a selection of the best Canadian films of the year, industry workshops and networking, a screenplay competition, filmmaker Q&As, receptions and awards.
Five days Celebrating Film Connected to this Region!
Yin yoga is a passive, transformative style of Hatha yoga that asks participants to hold postures. This longer hold of poses is done to strengthen, lengthen, and provide therapeutic release to joints, muscles, ligaments, fascia, and other connective tissues.
Gentle mindful movement and guided meditation, followed by a discussion about the role compassion plays in our daily lives. Those with or without any experience of meditation are welcome. Movement will be minor, and accessible to those with different physical abilities.
This is a short workshop and discussion about ways to integrate our multiple roles in life. Share your perspective, hear from others, and leave with some resources for reflection and action.
