Indeed, we live in challenging times and many of us are either burned out, or headed in that direction. In this interactive session, we’ll take an extensive look at burn out: What it is; Factors that contribute to it; Solutions for addressing it. We’ll cover such topics as stages of burn out, components to include in a self-care plan, the art of saying no and organizational practices that support a healthy workplace.

Facilitated by our Social Enterprise Coach, this is an opportunity to meet our team and other social entrepreneurs. Come with an idea to share, a challenge to discuss, or a listening ear.

Meet at Victoria Park at 7pm to give yourself time to finish decorating and check-in, a short ride leaves at 7:15pm and a long ride leaves at 7:45pm.
The event is free but donations are welcome to support London Cycle Link.
