There's always something going on in the Innovation Works community! Check out all of the upcoming events below.

April 25 - 6:30 to 9:00

Three panelists from London environmental organizations sharing their experiences organizing and running environmental campaigns. Whether you hope to achieve policy change, more funding or more community support for a project, these local leaders will help and inspire you by sharing their stories about making change in London.

Each speaker will speak for 10-15 minutes about their environmental campaign and then we will follow up with Q&A after each for about 10 minutes.

April 26 - 8:30 to 9:30

In Dan’s Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga class, you create your own synchronized dance while learning poses, how to move, breathe, and how to stretch between the poses. Bringing the element of time into the practice by becoming present with the beginning, the middle and the end of each movement and pose. Personal limitations are revealed and the practice teaches us the skill to move past those limitations.

Open to all, please bring your mat & wear comfortable clothing!

April 26 - 10:30 to 12:00

Hosted by Pillar Nonprofit Network

In the spring and summer of 2017, several community members came together to have conversations about systems thinking with facilitator James Shelley. It was evident from the beginning that the community was interested in learning more about thinking systemically, and also clear that collectively we possess a rich reservoir of knowledge and experience when it comes to systems work.

So, let’s be intentional about learning more from one another.

Whether or not you own a paintbrush, one thing’s for sure. You’re creative. It’s just a matter of reconnecting you with that creativity and curiosity.

Let go of perfection and give yourself permission. After all this isn’t about making the perfect masterpiece. It’s about giving yourself permission. Permission to enjoy the process. Permission to create. Permission to be messy.

After all creativity is not what you do, it’s who you are.
